Premium-position protection

When another completed payment replaces your active premium position, RankPop automatically initiates a partial refund equal to 95% of your qualifying bid. RankPop retains 5%, subject to a minimum fee of $1, as the disclosed listing and payment-administration fee.

Advertising compensation

After replacement, your product moves to the protected-listings section for 30 days. The retained fee therefore pays for a defined continuing advertising service, not merely the opportunity to bid.

Full refunds

You receive a full refund if your payment completes but RankPop cannot activate the purchased position, rejects the listing before activation, or charges you twice for the same checkout.

Processing time

RankPop initiates the outbid refund automatically. Your bank or payment provider controls when the funds appear. Pending or failed refunds remain owed and are retried or processed manually.

Performance

Placement does not guarantee traffic, clicks, leads, sales, or revenue. Performance alone is not refundable.
